Open with paint.net and change it yourself then for the one above your head just switch the image in Staff.swf with SoThink. Hope it helps!

Rename the htaccess to web.config and restart IIS. EDIT: Google "RevCMS web.config" and copy whatever you find there and edit the web.config file with Notepad or something, then it should most likely work.

Install URL Rewrite 2.0 for the internal error and then import your web.config into it.
