Yeh, just check it over first though as even EpicHosts leave the VPS IP exploit in. I have found a way to fix it and keep the {server_ip} code though :P

It does have exploits but they are known and easily removed :)
Yes though, RevCMS is the best, then Uber. I have also heard that PhoenixPHP is exploitable.

Yeh, about late February this user quit retros as at the point me and @RainBlaze were working with him. Very sudden but probably for the best as he was 23 with a girfriend :O
