I had this idea a very long time ago. I went through with it, but I asked @JMG and @Hender if it was a good idea and It just seems that a HK on a website is more accessible than an application. (IMO)
I havent really messed with them, but I know you must add the bot in BotAIType.cs (I think it's a enum). Not sure tho, I'll have a look when Im bothered.
1. Create the enable for BRB
2. Grab the id from the effectmap.xml
3. Add it into the command: Session.GetHabbo().Effects().ApplyEffect(ID);
4. The Back command, add Session.GetHabbo().Effects().ApplyEffect(102);
I think you should follow along on your programming, you've learnt a lot and it's a shame if all that knowledge goes to nothing, but it's whatever floats your boat.
I'm gonna leave retros in around a years time. I hardly play them anyway, I only chill around in the community and play RP's...

Brutal, but constructive! I would agree with this guy a bit (hes heartless <3). I'm not no GFX Artist but I can observe that you need to work on cleanliness and image choices. Would be much better if it was the actual speech bar. Little things do contribute to the overall output!
