Make sure you check in app/config.php (or wherever it is, sorry I don't use RevCMS) and ensure that $_CONFIG['hotel']['url'] = "DOMAIN HERE" and not $_CONFIG['hotel']['url'] = "IP HERE". You could also use Notepad++ to search all files in the WWWROOT to check and see if it's listed somewhere...

Sounds like you just hire people who say they can develop and they end up not being able to do anything so they just leave and blame it on your hotel. There's a good ol' quote by Joker, "if you're good at something never do it for free", and this holds true for retros as well.
