I agree with Wess's facts about the overall design of the website as it does have some flaws that make it look unappealing. Your issue is the fact that you're checking if they have voted and redirecting them to the client. If they are on the client when this check is ran and they HAVE voted it will just endlessly redirect forever. Chrome stops this by throwing the error that you posted which stops the endless loop...

Would agree that this looks much better and by far much smoother. Also the background moves in the background which makes it look less smooth compared to what Chapo showed.
