I don't know what "plus3" is. I'd recommend using AKIIX's edit. I'm pretty sure it doesn't have the disappearing furni bug. And the catalogue from Skybird Emu is pretty decent.

Which emulator are you using?

Habboon is using PlusEMU, but it's highly unlikely that you'll get your hands on an emulator like theirs. I'd use SwiftEMU myself, because it has the most features.

Yeah, looks better. Change the frank picture though, "Keep it real" doesn't really make sense in an index.
