Is there a way to make different types of effects in Photoshop, such as fading, sparkling, etc? I'm looking for new ways to animate in Photoshop, and would love to learn how to do these types of effects.

I'm sure the fountains are in the catalogue, you just can't find them. Search rare_fountain in your catalog_items, and there should be 4 there.
