@Trplx Was highly correct, it was a DB issue, But that would mean i would have to redo my database by hand as its a custom DB for the EMU and RevCMS. nonetheless i stuck with RevCMS and will be pushing out a new version of my hotel soon.

if it is a cloud VPS make sure ports are open on the Site Firewall manager: 3000, 3306, 80, 30000, 30001 and if it isn't a Cloud Server, make sure it is open in your Firewall's on the Server: 3000, 3306, 80, 30000, 30001
