This is a copy and paste of an uber topstats from rz.

Just leave that part blank, it should stay the same for users visiting and you should be able to view it

You need to enter by typing your lan ip which can be aqquired by typing ipconfig in command prompt. Or try using the localhost address (localhost/127.0.0.1)

Which build of phoenix are you using?

the tabs were the li a href's if your on about linking pages to eachother and making pages was making the php or downloading others and placing it in that skins folder.
