As in the picture, you mean the actual furniture? Did you clear cache after adding it? Did you add the swf file for it?

They're definetly added correctly, I can't add anymore customs, it's like theres a limit to how many customs there are, idk

He means the file with a .swf extension, every furniture comes with a .swf file. If the diamond didn't come with one then it wont work.

Have you got the SWF for it in hof_furni? Have you cleared your cache then tried?

Check your variables and cms config to make sure they link to the right place. If not, get some new swfs and try them. Remember to edit variables.

Look's like it's your variables/swfs. Check your variables to make sure they link to the right place. If not, try some new swfs.
