Make sure your SWFs are linked with your client.php, also try ports. I do remember when someone told me they had flash enabled but they didnt so, make sure its enabled.

Okay, Then first try opening your ports, instead of using 127.0.0.1 for a url try localhost as the url, make sure your SWFs are linked and that they are the right SWFs, make sure the DB is the correct DB aswell, It could be a DB issue.

As @NOC Said check your ports, is it loadable on your VPS? Could be that your SWFs aren't linked :)

If you want to change the :enable 102 look WWWROOT/SWF/GORDON/PRODUCTION/staff.swf :)

I was going to reply, So are you looking for how to edit the permissions of that command?? if you already have the command enabled to :enable 0 to remove it from above your head, but if you want to edit the permissions for the command try the table special_effects for arcturus :)

Did you add the plugins into your plugin folder? and restart emu? Also Check Permissions table to see if you have the permission to use it.

Open Dev tools, This usually happens because swfs aren't linked and/or wrong swfs to the EMU.
