It has added pages and things of that nature.
Its a clean CMS with very little imperfections on the release download.
This is compatible with PlusEMU r2, you can convert it to arcturus but it would break everything so if you are looking to use arcturus move over to BrainCMS or something more compatible.
You can also download Glee's Arcturus RevCMS edit which works with a few edits, it is on a RIVAL forum.
Im unsure if this will work with xampp I assume it will, I only use IIS so with that being said you might have to change some files around to work with xampp such as web.config for loading issues.
If that doesn't work on xampp find a cms backend that will work on xampp and drag the theme folder over and change the theme in config.php then it should work with minor edits.
