If he had an output of 1 Tbps he would not mess around on habbo nor even speak to you. I've spoken with the guy myself and he is not proficient when it comes to botnets.

Its retros, there's always gonna be people like this, in a way its good because it helps you find out the vulnerabilities and potentially block them so it doesn't happen to you again but there will always be people who do this stuff purely for their own entertainment

Fresh has been getting hit almost daily for the past week odd.

I've tried a few different configurations but the best results were me using cloudflare pro $20 + sucuri $10

He's said he has a job and everything but unfortunately, he has nothing better to do since corona has everyone home and he hasn't played retros in over 5 years he said. That was the other day I was talking to him a.k.a NAM the guy who's been downing everyone about it.

Since my reopening and effort, I have received Layer 7 Attacks (the typical "The service is unavailable.") from jealous people who clearly find it hard to see another hotel succeed. I have tried many things and can't seem to find a solution.

Best option for your applications to run properly with protection and no downtime would be to go with Cloudflare Business & Akamai.

Alternative if you have the experience to create some tools in order to prevent your applications from going down then you could go with CloudFlare Pro since you're already pretty much set and both combined make it even more effective.

Sucuri is the biggest mistake I've come across. I highly recommend you stay away from it. Just saying from my own experiences and others.

I find Sucuri much better than Cloudflare it’s a lot faster on blacklisting zombie IPs than Cloudflare is.

My Hotel website is now protected from Layer 7 attacks, and will no longer be downed by these attacks. We've managed to block the online booter attacks. Now I am working on my Nginx proxy to do the same to fully protect the client.

Anyone knows who's this guy?

That kid has been shit talking my hotel for months now and then continues to come on and advertise and boot my hotel off after he even stole my CMS. Read the other thread and you'll understand why I've done what I did. I won't apologize for shutting it down.

If he was asking for it then he was, I’ll check out the other thread. That’s a relatable reason, people all like to play with fire until it streaks back and burns them ? like the other day when someone flooded my discord server with bots to advertise and all 3 of their home addresses got leaked.

DDoS is the act of the devil. Don’t do it and don’t get associated with it. Doing it can get you 5 years in prison and associating with it can get you 2 years. Tip from coach.
