Where do you reckon they need to download the game from? Just like League of Legends, news and all that stuff is on the main site, but the game itself is within a client. Even in there they show news, as you have the client and the game itself once a match starts.
Lots of possibilities. Just not sure if the players would want to download a file in order to play the game.
I also hope Sulake will extend the Habbo API, you can make such great things as a developer when there's a proper API. With the number of fansites out there, the Habbo ecosystem could boost once again when there's a proper API, I think.

I agree with this. At some point Sulake was expanding their API but they just stopped working on it afterwards, As I said Adobe Air is an alternative you make Applications with it.
Habbo has a lot of potential or at least it did, It has so many things it could bring back which would boost the player limit ALOT. It did a lot of unnecessary and harsh thing's which just made the Staff Team look out of control.
Instead of attracting more and more players they did what some retros do.
Which made them look unprofessional, Some of the Developers left for this reason too.

i personally don't think they'll make users download the game, they'd lose alot of traffic if they did that tbh

I think they'll be trying new things going forward. They're planning on adding an RP into habbo.

Yeah I heard they are planning on adding an RP too as one of my old mates works for Sulake. Be interesting to see what else they add.
Where have you guys heard this? I haven’t seen any leaked stuff regarding the RP side.
I can’t imagine they’ll make a ton of RP stuff, just little things like speaking in character for TRP.

Habbo are limiting 5000 credits being withdrawn from the bank daily.
It's community ran from what I've gathered, it's being built and designed by users.
Habbo are implementing custom bots for it also.

Yeah, that's got me confused also. The guy who's running it said Habbo would be paying the credits out. So I'm not sure what's happening with that.
I think it's a case of a fansite being supported by Habbo. Something along them lines..?

I can tell it's really fake first of all, Sulake has some professional designers and for a company with over 10 years + of game development that looks very ugly. I could make that layout in 10 minutes.
Anyone can say anything to make you join their retro. I could say I work for Sulake it wouldn't mean I actually do I might be lying to get more users interested like that guy did there.
Your mate probably worked for a fake Sulake, There is only one developer who used to make Retros and works for Sulake currently. There was actually a lot of people who did.
But mostly the people from the V1 - V3 eras. Sulake doesn't have that many developers and hence why they are re-hiring.
Some point they were in UK they had an office in NY though. Never really seen it in use. Goodluck to anyone who applies!

I hope it does happen. It would make Habbo enjoyable.
The top room on Habbo for a week was a giveaway room advertising this. I doubt Habbo would of allowed that to happen for such a long time if it was fake.

If this was a Habbo/Sulake project, it wouldn't be worded like that, imo.
