Make sure you've configured everything correctly. Your SWFs, and other configurations. Make sure you have flash enabled as well.

This is driving me crazy, I've been checking the external_variables.txt and the external_override_variables.txt like 10000 times and yet I cannot see my avatar, it's always top left and whenever I click on my face bottom side, it just shows I'm top left. I've also dragged the figuremap xmp document into the gamedata folder. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? PLS HELP
