If you make on XAMPP can you easily just convert it onto your VPS when you buy one without losing anything from the hotel? Like move it onto a VPS by just changing the IPs to your VPS IP? and also add a domain to make it Public?

yeah but only if you upload your database, swfs, emu and cms to a site like mediafire so u can redownload the files onto your vps. you will still need to reinstall xampp again obviously. if you dont want to upload your retro files to a file site u could copy them over to vps but that would probably take awhile

But it is still possible to put an XAMPP hotel onto a VPS to make it public with a domain?

kidz it possible dns point domain to vps ip and redirect ip to domain link that now domain pointless now no when no hotel work money waste
i never use iis so i use xampp

yes u can use xampp on your vps and im sure there is someone on here willing to make u a retro for free if u ask

follow my steps carefully

1. open up your computer start menu

2. control panel

3. clock, language and region

4. "change the date, time, or number format"

5. additional settings

6. where it says decimal symbol you want to change it from a comma to a dot symbol then save

restart emu and it should work
