Explorer.exe causing windows to crash

So recently my PC has been crashing and I was unsure why, so I follow

tutorial as I never experienced any of my computers freezing, crashing or anything along the lines of it shutting down unexpectedly.

The error that came up when I typed in the filter was
The process C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE (DESKTOP-HSF3H8I) has initiated the power off of computer (pc name) on behalf of user (pc name) for the following reason: Other (Unplanned)

Is there anyone else that experienced this issue and knows how to fix it? It's completely random when it freezes and shuts down. I'm just confused as Explorer.exe is windows explorer and that's a default system program, unsure how I'd fix that.

The only thing that catches my eye is the Razer Software, as it didn't do it before I installed it. I searched and I see some other people are having the same problem, I may try reinstalling and see if that does anything.

That is some weird shit man, you haven't injected your explorer or any system dlls have you?
I injected my explorer once with NewOldExplorer (removes ribbon bar), and I was welcomed by a black screen on my login after updating windows. (windows 10 doesn't like mods)

Only other thing I could think of is a virus that sticks to your explorer, but idk

Nope, I like Windows the way it is and haven't tried modifying it. I searched and some people are getting Crashing/Freezing with the Razer Synapse application, I'm gonna try reinstalling it tomorrow, just too lazy atm. Just weird it says explorer is crashing it..
