vps if you doing it on pc might as well use xmapp

xampp?i have it downloaded as it says in the tutorial.
and the fluxrp that i must execute in navicat, im not sure which specific one i must execute in the fluxrp folder. i been trying to figure it out i dont know what else to do
if youre using xampp it already has built in mysql so u dont need to download it. only download the rp files, xampp and navicat and youre good to go

in step 2 in setting up the database it said
3. You should be shown this screen, put the 'Connection Name' to 'rp' (Doesn't matter) and in the 'Password' put it as the one you entered when you was installing MYSQL (IMPORTANT) [

]thats when i went to install the mysql to get a password
But i'm done with that part anyways, its fully downloaded already. but i have a new concern with step 7

]i'm trying to find that specific file and so far ive looked in FluxRP, and CMF+SWF no luck yet
That's because this tutorial is for iis and you're using xampp so just ignore the iis part and do xampp instead with Navicat to import your database.
If you're looking for the flux database sql i believe it is called test1.sql

I can't remember for sure if Flux emulator had tree cutting. But I am sure it did I think.

Need help, done all the steps correctly and when I typed localhost into internet with EMU running, I get taken to a weird IIS 7.5 Detailed Error page, it says '
