Welcome!
I started to learn ''How to Pixel'' and spend a lot of time to Pixel something
and this is why i want to show you my results for giving me kind of ''Tips'' or ''What can i do better?''

Well, from what you have shown; I shall assume you haven't been doing pixel art for long. I advise you to perhaps venture out of the typical staff badge or banner in this instance, because what I see is basic recolouring and or simple text changing. Plausible start for a beginner though!

Don't look too bad. Try designing your own badge

And maybe, your signature you could add the white outline around the user and the text box also makes it stand out a bit more ?

Yeah. Or you could've merged those 2 layers together and done it like that. Just depends on how you want it
