[HELP] IMPROVEMENTS

I have started my first ever CMS. Okay, this is a little rushed as I don't have a clue what I'm supposed to be doing. This is the first ever thing I've created and I hope it actually becomes something, it has a long way to go with the looks of it so, I hope you guys could tell me some more ideas to make it look less ugly, thank you everyone for helping me get this far and learning new things!

Actual code, it has the code for the logo just havent actually put 1 in
