HowTo: PlusEmulator Fix! Error

Hello guys! Some people have watch toturials and something like that. They have made every step right, but the emulator dosn't still work. It can be 1 problem that many people have. And im gonna show to to fix that, Problem= Your computer language have to be English (USA) becuase some words it is not same in your home language. [PlusEmu]

All you have to do is change the decimal formatting.. you don't have to change the whole language... Very bad tutorial in my opinion.

I understand! Sorry, but if you can read the title it says "PlusEmu Fix" And it does fix it soo yeah

I read the title , but you clearly have no idea why it's a problem. You're changing your language but from your tutorial you just knew it fixed that error but didn't know how or why.

You just need to change decimal formatting.

Plus Emu Fix - Fix for what? Your title is vague all in itself and nobody will be able to find it when they are googling the problem.

It is a error? Before it was a green thing, no its loaded and blaalla
