It will continue to be supported for the foreseeable future; there is currently no replacement. "validate.php" was added back since some applications wouldn't follow the redirect to "/legacy/validate".

You should always check to see if a user has voted for redirecting them. Otherwise you open up yourself to redirecting your users to a site that is down. Setting a cookie is advised, especially for bigger hotels. I don't know if it'd actually cause issues, as I'm pretty sure those in the past were caused by hotels that would send a request to FindRetros every time they updated the user count on the client, which was a problem. You should always send the user with the "return" query arg set, as that will guarantee that they are sent back to the "return_url".

Can't do this new findretros Ima just take my site off cba to redo my whole forcevoting codes because now everytime a user votes they just go back to findretros and have to wait 24 hours, instead of going to /me?novote. The old one was nice and simple it's more like a copy of a minecraft ranking server with the small banners.

I assume you were just redirecting users to FindRetros without any check before? All of the validation (vote checking) is currently in place, and properly implemented scripts should work as expected.

Doesn't let me updated my banner, just tells me it successfully updated the details and then reloads. It'll update anything except the banner.

I could use the new banner on one of my other pages tho.

My best guess is that you're getting a cached version. I'll look into it.

your guess is probably correct. it just updated.

My ideas

• NO RECAPTCHA
• The panel headers should be on top, it confuses me (amd probably anyone else)
• Scroll to top button?
• Postback would be awesome if you get it working. You can log any vote )

FindRetros 3.0 had implemented a "no recaptcha" or otherwise known as invisible captcha. Later in the period, there were issues occurring regarding multiple browsers and @bigdawg reverted back to the standard recaptcha. Once the issue has been fixed, I assume the invisible recaptcha will return back.

I don't play retros anymore but I think this layout is way better than the previous layout, I love the blue and white colour scheme and the way you've added added preferences. There could be some more things added.

I like the consistency but I think it could do with livening up a little bit. On V2 the theme was Habbo after all, using Habbo images and bright colours, also the white background made the bigger sized banners stand out more, doesn't really do that in V3.

Oh, I assume pagination.

Much smoother and cleaner, little bit annoyed with the new banner sizes, but all in all, not bad, longgggg over due lol.
