I'll add images to guide you through the process later and links to each component needed in this but for now you can use whats on

1. Install IIS with URL Rewrite 2.0 and PHP (5.3 - 5.6)
2. Install MySQL servers and don't forget the password you set!
3. Download RevCMS, download an emulator with appropriate SWFs.
4. Run the emulator SQL you got from the emulator you downloaded and run it into your MySQL database you've installed and created.
5. Drag your RevCMS and SWF files into inetpub\wwwroot (all SWFs should be put in a map called either game or swf/swfs).
6. Make your .htaccess into a web.config by exporting it through the URL Rewrite 2.0 tab on IIS.
7. Change your configuration on RevCMS in inetpub\wwwroot\app\management\config.php
8. Update the links in inetpub\wwwroot\app\tpl\skins\yourskin\client.php also the IP and port to your servers.
9. Configure your external_variables.txt and external_override_variables.txt by changing all the localhost links to your website URL.
10. Configure your emulator in its configuration.

MySQL not starting automatically?
If MySQL does not start automatically you'll have to do it manually by opening up services.msc and starting the MySQL service from there.

Port-forwarding
Port-forwarding will also be needed if you want the hotel to be public. Open up port 30000 TCP which allows emulator connections and port 30001 TCP for MUS connections, you'll also have to port-forward the HTTP protocol which I believe is port 80. This is not needed for a VPS.

Not every router looks the same way but this should cover the basics of how it's done.

Windows Firewall
You'll also have to allow port 30000 and 30001 TCP through the Windows firewall but I usually just turn that crap off.

You forgot a step...

#11: don't.

Good tutorial though, not very noob-friendly - but I guess people trying to figure stuff out on their own is a hell of a lot better than being spoon fed.
