Feedback wanted for FindRetros "3.0".

Please, please & please force us to upload banners.

Allow top 10 to use their own banners or something, it's so annoying scrolling down/going through pages to see that some banners don't load anymore because the website doesn't exist anymore.

Or.. Give the option to upload to your site (not sure if DMCA will win though?) or to use some predefined image hosts, like Imgur.

Pls, pls, pls.

Another option would be to filter out entries with broken images, notifiying them their page has been filtered out due to a broken image and will be reactivated once a working banner image has been added.

I don't like the idea of just deleting/suspending someones server because it isn't currently active.

Currently, a server can only be ranked if they meet one the following requirements:
- Server was created in the past week.
- Server has received a vote today.
- Server has received a vote in the past week.

Although, perhaps something like monitoring server up time could dictate whether or not a server should be ranked; but that will have to be added down the road.

I've heard someone wanting a "managers account" where they can allow use access (seperate of thier account) to edit banners, titles, descriptions etc. So that if it were to get "hijacked" the actual listing owner can easily regain control.

Definitely something that would make sense, especially as more features are rolled out down the road.

Bruh, uploading a banner is already a thing. Although, you're not required to upload one (but it will default to ).

A rename from find retros back to "The Habbos", but since you have multiple games, which you are giving options to choose from e.g, Habbo and Minecraft, I think a rename from FindRetros should be made, because Retros is mainly used for Habbo streching the term would be funny.

My Feedback & Ideas :
1.How about you make first 3 holders : Gold, Silver & Bronze?Or add a badge over their banner, perhaps?
2.I like the tag option, but description box was pretty dope?Might wanna add that.Okay just noticed preferences nvm.
3.This header area where it says " Habbo Hotel Find the best Habbo retros in town! " , in my opinion you should make the image more noticeable it would be a great touch as at the moment can't even see it.
4.Allow page status feed & editable page profiles ( change cover photo , profile photo )
5.Allow user - user and user - game page interaction ( comments , likes )
6. *Habbo ; Add more Habboish pictures/content all over the place.

Overall, it looks good thanks for sparing time for us Habbotards.

Quickly scanned through the thread, I think it's already been mentioned but is the only issue I came across. Might just be me since people have already registered.

Not possible as Habbo is trademarked by Sulake Corporation, which is why it was renamed.

Description take up a lot of screen real estate so it's not show by default, since tags are much more to the point, and all you to find exactly what you're looking for much easier.

This is something that I'd like to see down the road, but requires a lot of work/thought.

Not sure what you mean by that. There's a couple banners that have what you describe, but that is completely their own doing.

Probably has to do with upgrading to Laravel 5.4 recently - will investigate.

If you have no plans to do anything with the servers page ( ) I'd make the banner continue linking directly to the hotels URL as it usually does.

The beta is alright, it could have some more work to it but i guess its a change from the theme used currently.

Place a field in the page settings allowing us to place a link to our server player counters. You could require us to return a JSON response, or you do not show it.

You could expand this in multiple ways. '1,337 players playing Habbo Hotel', '666,666 players playing Minecraft' etc. Could also let us filter by player count.

Isn't really needed, but would be cool to see.

I Understand that this may be hard to achieve with Cloudflare under attack mode, but I'm sure you can just filter the requests out with the response code.

This could be used to falsely gain more popularity when passing on incorrect amounts, which would be a pain in the ass and almost uncheckable by us, mods.

Naw, this would probably be easy to check. I forgot to add a solution to the suggestion. Just give the ability to the moderation team the option to disregard the pages' player count. And that'd just act as if it couldn't find the count initially.

That's not really what I was talking about. Checking if their given user count is actually correct would be almost impossible.

Well, it isn't though is? Take Habbo for example, so easy to check.

Sure it's a guessing game, but it wouldn't take more than 30 seconds. If a brand new site with no traffic ranking whatsoever appeared with 5,000 players I think we'd know. We'd also have a hint based on the votes.

I don't think it'd be too difficult/pressing to check. Hell, we could even add a report a page option - and have it as an option, allowing the users to provide us proof and save the time.

This might be a huge suggestion, but I think you could grow FindRetros with it. I've seen multiple rip offs of FindRetros in other languages, because FindRetros is only for English hotels. If you'd make it so people could select a region/language, and also make FindRetros multilanguage, more people would use the service.

Checking if a appeal actually has been suspended/unsuspended before you can reinstate/pardon the punishment.
