Hello,
I have a R63A hotel and now I want to switch it to R63B. All i want to keep is the rooms and users (including user data).
What do I have to do? Which tables and folders are important for that? Could you give me any tips?

Thank you :)

You'll need to update your SWFs and your database to the plusemu revision. Your users table as R63A will be different to R63B So you'd probably have to insert the users with the new users criteria. Rooms would probably be tricky so I'd recommend just starting the rooms from scratch.

The new cms uses different password hash..so I can't login. How do i fix that? :)

Easiest way would be registering with your desired password, when done go to your users database and copy and paste the password from your registered to your actual account.

You will need to move rooms, items in rooms and users if you want it to stay the same. Takes time and patience but it's possible. And for your users passwords you would have to use precisely the same hashing method used in ur old cms

not worth it. you would need to grab more data like users badges and things like that or its pointless. better off just starting fresh since youre going from r63 to r63b

As Zaka said if he was to copy all his rooms and users it would take time to actually copy it across because of how the database is designed differently from R63A, which I don't really recommend as it's just time wasting and its better to start from scratch and then if your users had VIP or some sort, then re-rank them as VIP.

Of course i'll be sorry about your rooms, well you can do your rooms but doing others would be waste of time, as well if you had official rooms such as the welcome lounge, you'll need to add your images to your root folder or in c_images as the images have to be on your actual vps system.
