Recruiting [HIRING] FULL-TIME Developer ASAP

Hello!

I am in need of a FULL-TIME developer that has a multitude of experience in working with retro's.

My name is Tom, and without giving names I've had experience with a developer that didn't want to work, so I'm offering this position to the DevBest community.

This position WILL be paid the amount of money depends on the multitude of experience. We just need someone to finish the start-up and continuously update the hotel as-well as maintaining it.

Ground rules:
You will not gain immediate access to the VPS. Work will be done over TeamViewer or Join.me(your choice) temporarily with while I watch.
We will go over pay during interview process.
You'll need to prove that you're trustworthy, not personally, but people have experienced untrustworthy developers in the past.
I am fair, I don't constantly pester you to work, however, I do expect the work to be done and if you can say you can do it by a certain time, try your best to work hard to meet that goal.

When you say developer do you mean it? Or do you mean someone just to configure your files? Some people don't understand the term. Also, does pay equal a rank or actual money? I've delt with people in the past that just offered a rank for development which is unfair with the amount of time a developer puts into their quality work.

It would just be temporary until I knew they weren't doing something untrustworthy. Of course they'd get VPS details just not that second when they start working lol.

When I say MAY I mean I'm not gunna pay someone that doesn't know what they're doing lol.

So when I say developer I mean someone to build the hotel, and continuously maintain and update. And pay equals actual money, and I agree that is unfair.

And of course a rank...I thought that developers always get a rank LOL, I thought that was a general understanding.
