It seems that you have port forward correctly your DCRS just might not work, try find pre hosted ones/

I've had a look at this guys TV, checked the system config, the dcrs, changing the clothes, debugging the emu, still comes up with the same error

The one that Rasta gave should work I have used it recently, if not look arround for a correct connector :) which is: 5.2.5

Why not just pay for it like most people? or use a free emu.... sounds fair to me really.... but it's up to you O/T; I don't personaly know where to get hold of one.

It should install then thats all you need to do, then restart Xampp, maybe even your computer, and it should work, if not un install xampp and re install and try again....
