Separate names with a comma.
Try opening your ports (30000, 30001); if not try SWFs, there is a lot, and I mean a lot of threads out there which apply to your problem.

Check the logs to find out more information in regards why it's failing.
Check your web.config/htaccess to find if it's sending you to a different hotel, or check class.users.php to see where the HK url prefix thing is...

I recommend watermarking your credit tag as it shouldn't really be that bright. IF you're using photoshop you can just right click the text layer...
As cain said try see if you set it as a VIP rank only such as having user id 1 as the group permission and 2 in the subscription ID making it only...
