I'm looking for a developer who's got experience and can actually code I'm really not after someone who thinks installing a hotel and changing some text is coding - someone who can work on both the emulator and CMS will be beneficial you will get full access to the VPS so it's gotta be someone...

I guess the whole thing is dependant on who you are and the personality you carry. For some leaving would be the easiest thing ever and for others it'd be hard - but honestly if you're addicted to retros you honestly need to take a step back and evaluate life, it's not healthy.
