Go to IIS Manager > Your default site (or your site) > Open URL Rewrite > Import Rules > Open wwwroot's .htaccess and copy whats in it > Paste it on the URL Rewrite, delete what it finds as "wrong" and Apply. It was actually just a faulty web.config, nothing else.

In IIS i still havent found the problem... but its there.

I did not remove any function and installed the cms as it came from the downloaded folder. And every function was correctly installed. What are you using, XAMPP?

I tried installing Helicon Ape but that didnt work.
