Is anyone planning to receive, or have already received the Covid-19 Vaccine? If you have, what vaccine did you receive?

As for myself, I received my first dose of Pfizer and my second dose is scheduled for Friday, April 9 after work.

Also, I work for my state's Department of Medicaid Services and am currently working the Covid-19 Vaccine Line and will be more than happy to assist any of you in locating a vaccine location near you, as long as you're in the States. PM me if you need assistance. I can also answer any questions about the Covid Vaccine.

Currently in the UK. Haven’t been offered the vaccine yet. 100% will have it though.

Yes.

The CDC has loads of resources, including where to get it: )
Find your local vaccine location (U.S. only):

Seems easier to go to the CDC, PHAC, DHSC/UKHSA, etc. than a random person on a forum.

VaccineFinder isn't accurate.

VaccineFinder isn't accurate.
I mean, it's accurate enough, and much more accurate than you could be lol

Are you trying to claim that I can give you my area, and you can tell me every place I can go to get a vaccine?

I do this for a living, so yes, I can easily find vaccine locations in your area.

Yes, by using a resource like vaccinefinder yourself lol

It doesn't matter that you do this for a living, there is no way you know every spot to get a vaccine in every state, in every county, in every town.

Every state government created a Covid-19 website that includes each facility in the state. More accurate than VaccineFinder.

Got my first (Pfizer) shot yesterday. It wasn't bad at all, just a quick shot in your upper arm; you just feel a small prick. After a few hours your arm feels a bit sore at the injection site, but nothing more than that. I have my second dose scheduled for three weeks from now.

The 1st dose wasn't bad. But I had my 2nd dose of Pfizer this past Friday and it felt like I had the flu for the weekend.

I think as soon as I'm offered it I will go for it, although so far I have managed to survive.

I don't personally see a point, yet*

1. It doesn't stop you from being contagious
2. The vaccine is rushed
3. Blood clotting is showing up prompting cdc to halt development on some (j&j), when earlier, people called it conspiracy
4. mRNA is still a new technology

"Although COVID-19 vaccines are effective at keeping you from getting sick, scientists are still learning how well vaccines prevent you from spreading the virus that causes COVID-19 to others, even if you do not have symptoms. Early data show the vaccines do help keep people with no symptoms from spreading COVID-19, but we are learning more as more people get vaccinated."

Based on this data from the cdc themselves, being vaccinated makes no difference if I can infect my grandparents or not, so

At the moment, this is my stance

life will probably never be fully back to normal lol
My state's governor already said if 2.5 million people in my state are vaccinated that he would lift all restrictions, with the exception of masks. Then the mask mandate will be lifted when 75% of the state is vaccinated.

We’ve vaccinated a hell of a lot of people in the UK. I can already feel another lock down come August.
