Welcome to the official Development Post for RapidShare, The showcase thread is .

Development started in February 2016 with the feedback from previous users/customers in mind. RapidShare was taken over by Kingsley Corporation in December 2015 with the thought in mind of bringing back a leading File Hosting service.

Features:
Multi-File Uploader - Upload multiple files at the same time. Pure HTML5 implementation with upload progress, so no reliance on Flash.
File Manager - Our file manager is built to be fast, flexible and feature rich. It comes with full screen mode, folder view, quickview and more.
Drag & Drop Upload - User can drag & drop their files straight onto the uploader. Requires a supported browser such as Chrome.
RTL Support - Full support for RTL (Right To Left) languages such as Arabic, Chinese and Farsi. Includes the mobile and tablet versions.
Duplicate Uploads - Duplicates are not stored on the server - they're linked to the original upload.
Framework - Built on Rapid Framework (soon to be open source), PHP, HTML 5, CSS, and Bootstrap 3.
Social Network Sharing - Share files with popular social networks such as Facebook, Twitter & Google+. Send via email or post straight to a forum.
External File Servers - We use multiple external servers as File Servers, including FTP servers.
User Area - The User area is fast and feature rich, bare in mind registration is NOT required to upload files but is recommended to be able to keep a record of all files the user has uploaded to our servers.
Security - IP blacklisting. File type blacklisting. Spam protection. Externally tested for XSS and SQL injection attacks.
High Performance - We've tested our website with 100,000+ users online at once with no stability issues/performance issues.
Regular Updates - Updates are pushed monthly for every service.
Support - We're launching a Chrome app, Chrome Browser extension (Upload directly through the extension without visiting the website), Android and IOS apps.

RapidShare itself will be closed source, however we're deciding on making our framework open source.

Everytime an update is pushed, this thread will be updated.

There's already a bunch of reliable file uploaders out there that do the same stuff yours does. Goodluck with this though I guess

Do you have the original .com domain? If you're going to continue this, actually do it, don't half-ass it. Rapidshare used to be good and reliable, but now it just seems like the development is half-assed.

Hi,
We'll be posting screenshots when they become available. We're expecting to have a working release in a couple of weeks.

Hi!!!
We have launched a RapidShare for everyone, check it out:

Thank you.
Oh man, is this real? I hope not.

This is no better than a Habbo retro hosted on WIx using Debbo.
Do yourselves a favor and get real developers, there's potential seeing that Rapidshare had a past reputation.
Please don't let it go out like that, lol
