I'm using IIS on a VPS, I've done everything with the setup, all files work properly, I can login and load the client, however when the client is loading the SWFs I get a 404 permission denied error.

IIS suggest to turn on directory browsing but when I do that it just loads all the SWF files in a html document that you can click:

Server link: habbro.pw

Any ideas?

Try resetting your cache.
It was the cache as suspected but doesn't seem a way to reset it on my IIS server, checked relevant places but doesn't show any cache stored. I'd already tried clearing browser cache and it didn't change anything.
Strange cause I've woke up today and all the changes I'd made CSS wise are now applying :)

If you use cloudflare you would have to change the settings on cloudflare and tell it not to cache.

Well my hotel was fine.. did a few changes without backing up first to try add some new furni in and it's completely messed it up, back at client stuck loading at 76%.

Replaced all SWF files again with default PlusEMU SWFs and reupdated all external variables, overrides, etc.
