Retro R63 or R63B?

Hey guys, I was just wondering what you guys would like to see more on a hotel at the moment - R63 OR R63B? Right now I just feel that due to Sledmore's awesome release everyone is using R63B and it's all becoming a bit bland. I feel like if someone were to open a R63B hotel and get far, they would have to implement a lot of new/unique features to attract users.

For my own choice I'd pick r63a because it's a familiar structure to me. I'd say use whatever fits your needs as @Eider suggested.
