I found this on a rival forum, all credits go to Shield from RZ.
Habbo uploaded a new effect, it's a bit strange in my opinion but here it is:

Download includes:
- 2 SWF files: hh_human_fx.swf en hh_human_50_fx.swf
Replace the old files with these, clear your cache, reload and say :enable 177
Enjoy it!
