What features does it have? Why would someone download that if its an app when one can get shit online?

Er, so a program that completes what can be done in MS Paint? And a development thread for it?

Maybe make it into a Chrome and Firefox extension, I think it would get a lot more downloads and be used a lot more. This can be done in html5 so why not.
