RevCMS does not use Smarty...

I took the code from either the original UberCMS or PHPRetro. You can do the same, quite easily.

How can you possibly do "editing" when you don't even know what to press to compile the project? By editing, do you perhaps mean changing the :about command and removing all credits for the person who made the emulator?

Browsing the forum through my VPN changes the country flag. It's all the same though. On a VPN you can still only get the maximum bandwidth available on your actual connection.
