Does anyone know and could help me to set up IIS on my windows 8 laptop? its so confusing as windows 8 doesnt have server manager (well, my laptop doesnt)

So I used "BoostCMS" for my hotel and everything worked perfectly apart from client, just getting a white client, I've tried 3 different SWF's and 3 different Habbo.swf so either im really unlucky and keep trying ones that dont work or theres another problem.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
