It's just that the min-rank only goes till 7, and when you set it to 8, it just disappears! :S
Just search on the forum for your problems first. There are even tutorials out there. If you already have problems now, goodluck on setting up a good hotel :)
Then my opinion is; Don't make an hotel.
However, with a bit of common sense, you could empty your database/tables and run the .sql that comes with the download.
