Well according to a lot of sources, the possibility of GTA V being released in November of this year is slim, most likely as said earlier to be May 2013.

Oh wow, that sounds pretty good! With you there dude! It's probably the best, as they have gone to great lengths and feats to bring the biggest open world game to date. The production and rumors surrounding this game make it sound perfectly polished.
