I think it is mainly Aaron/Phoenix that made it this way. UberEmu was crap but users could add what they wanted and needed to know abit about coding. Whereas Phoenix makes it too easy and too much the same as each other. Only the slight few CMS differences change hotels.

I personally know of 4 people that has or still have cancer. Cancer Research is currently helping then through it.

Knowing what you could achieve at the end of a project. Even though I have such a short concentration span, coding is the one thing I can stick to for a long time.

Try using the date and time feature. Store the date + time in the Cookie and do something like
if{$currenttime >= $_SESSION['time'] + {ban time}) {
}
Not sure if that is right way of doing it.
