I've the recent version of Xampp and I want to change the acces to my database via ip, but i'm forgot where you can change from which ip you have acces to the database. Does someone know which file it is?

When I go to the client of my hotel i'll get disconnected.
One part of my players had the same problem and an other part can enter my hotel
