Nothing happens at all I press start and it will say Mysql started [Port 3306] but it doesnt say running

I recently download xampp for my windows 7 64 bit computer. Every time I go to start apache or mysql it doesn't start at all. I had this problem with my other computer and fixed it by changeing the port for apache. But in this case it doesn't work. Please reply and help Thanks
