It's API.PHP, that's where the client is stored genius. Did you look at the code, did you see flashvars{? That's where the client is stored.. -

Phoenix Emulator: Connection Dropped, Different from all other problems.
Hello DevBest, I've recently setup a private Phoenix hotel. It worked fine yesterday, then I switched to PhoenixCF from UberCMS (Compatible with Phoenix), and the hotel didn't work. I had the exact same SWFs recommended by Aaron. So, Phoenix connects to UberCMS, but it's different this time...
