I've changed the port to 30001 in the db and in the config file for the emulator, and it says 'Error in your system_config table' :/

Errm well basically Im trying to install SpaceEMU for my Roleplay and it keeps on saying 'Port 3306 already in use'. I know it's being used by Xampp but I don't know what to do next... Please help :/ Thanks.
